Opened in 2010 on Paseo Montejo by Irish expats Sean Hennessy and Colm Cooney, Hennessy's is Merida's best-known Irish pub — a high-ceilinged front bar with chandeliers, a cosy Polo Bar, a billiard room and an open-air central patio.
